For us, the key thing about psychotherapy and counselling is that both are special kinds of conversation – conversations that heal.
Conversations that heal are truthful, on the part of both participants. They help you break old patterns and enable you to move forward into the future you want.
All the research on successful therapy and counselling suggests that it’s not the “type” of therapy that matters – it’s the quality of the relationship between client and therapist.
With our empathy, warmth, and years of experience, we believe we are ideally placed to help you have the conversation you need. Therapy can be painful. We are not the kind of therapists who sit back and let you talk while we sit silently.. We believe therapy works best when we actively engage with you, helping you achieve what you want in as short a time as possible.
We both work as individual therapists and we see couples together.
